Brief / Objective
Organization of a convention for all national distributors, focused on the concept of the campaign and in which the public feels involved.
We set the event on a space trip that will take the audience to the top.
The guests made a trip of no return to the future, to a place where new technologies are the order of the day, a place only accessible to those who are willing to take advantage of the unique opportunity offered by the Company: take the ship that gives them will place above the competition.
The event took place in the pavilion 1 of Ifema, a space of more than 5 thousand square meters set in space, through the recreation of a lunar scene, with imperfections, rocks, craters, and a space station from which they left the speakers to make their presentations. For this, we have the best specialists in cinematographic scenography, who made the best finishes for an ephemeral event.
The content of the convention consisted in the broadcast of themed videos, entrances to each speaker, and special effects that brought the public closer to the lunar space at all times. In addition to the spectacular staging of each of the speakers, such as the Director, acting as an astronaut flying above the public.
The event was a success both for the spectacular staging and the great impact it generated among the guests. A convention very aligned with the concept of the campaign, with a great ambition of notary and oriented to generate much PR around the launch of Vodafone One.
